Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

For bulk or custom orders, processing times may vary. Our team will contact you if additional time is required.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier rates

For bulk orders, palletised freight, or remote locations, shipping may be quoted separately. Please contact us with your delivery suburb or postcode for an accurate freight rate.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2โ€“5 business days

  • Regional areas: 4โ€“7 business days

  • Remote areas: Delivery times may vary

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, deliveries may be left at the shipping address if deemed safe by the courier.
If you require signature on delivery, please note this during checkout or contact us prior to dispatch.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.
